Biography

Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry working for more than 25 years in the areas of Development, Quality Assurance and Regulatory for pharmaceutical raw materials, both API’s and excipients, currently as Pharma Regulatory Manager at Croda. Previous jobs were on the area of raw materials mainly for Pharma and included management responsibility for applications, technical service, quality/GMP’s and regulatory affairs

Member of IPEC Compendial Compliance Committee, and several IPEC task forces (EG/DEG, nitrosamines), and contributor to the revision of EXCiPACT Standards.
Spanish Expert on the group 13H “Fatty Oils and Derivatives” of the European Pharmacopoeia (2004 – 2008 and again from 2024 onwards). USP Expert on Excipients Monographs 1 Committee for the 2025-2030 cycle.
