Emiliano Genorini is a specialist in near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy with a background in analytical chemistry. He holds a degree in chemistry with a specialization in the analytical chemistry of environmental pollutants.
His career has spanned several leading companies in the analytical instruments field, including roles as a QC Analyst at Patheon, European Sales NIR Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Product Manager NIR QC & PAT at Bruker Optics. He currently serves as Sales Manager for MicroNIR at VIAVI Solutions, where his work has been cited over 150 times in scientific literature.
In his role at VIAVI, Genorini is a key spokesperson and promoter of the MicroNIR product line, advocating for compact NIR technology used in drug production, chemical synthesis, and solvent recovery monitoring across pharmaceutical, agriculture, and food and beverage sectors.
