Con la publicación este mes de junio de el RD de evaluación de tecnologías sanitarias (RD 415/2026 de 27 de mayo) y la salida a audiencia pública del nuevo RD de precio y financiación de medicamentos y la actualización de la ley de garantías y uso racional del medicamento y productos sanitarios (RDL 1/2015) en vías de aprobación en 2026, es necesario, comunicar a toda la industria española e internacional cuáles son las principales novedades que afectan, tanto al precio y acceso de la innovación farmacéutica, como de los medicamentos genéricos.

En la presentación se prevé informar de los antecedentes de la norma, de sus principales novedades y de sus implicaciones estratégicas en la industria farmacéutica, en base al texto teórico y a ejemplos prácticos que ilustren las novedades legislativas, dando un breve espacio de tiempo para el coloquio y las preguntas del público.

With the publication this June of the Royal Decree on Health Technology Assessment (RD 415/2026 of May 27th) and the public consultation period for the new Royal Decree on the Pricing and Reimbursement of Medicines, as well as the update tithe Law on Guarantees and Rational Use of Medicines and Medical Devices (RDL 1/2015), which is expected to be approved in 2026, it is necessary to inform the entire Spanish and international pharmaceutical industry about the main changes affecting both the price and access of innovative pharmaceuticals and generic medicines.

The presentation will cover the background of the legislation, its main new features, and its strategic implications for the pharmaceutical industry, based on the theoretical text and practical examples that illustrate the new regulations. A brief period will be allotted for discussion and questions from the audience.
